This film in panoramic format presents a wide range of Daniel Buren‘s work from 1965 to 2015 through a montage of his souvenir photos but also audiovisual archives of exhibitions, interviews, debates and film extracts articulated around around thirty themes such as “Wild displays”, “Cut / Divide” or “Exploded”. Numerous interviews with people close to and having worked with the artist such as Jérôme Bel, Bernard Blistène, Patrick Bouchain, VIncent Colin, Guillaume Désanges, Lorenzo Fiaschi, Jean-Luc Hervé, Pierre Huyghe, Ora Ïto, Marco Pallanti or Rudy Ricciotti specify the challenges of Daniel Buren’s work.
